Graze Craze has opened a new store of the popular chain on Gosling Road in Spring. Residents of Spring, The Woodlands, Klein, Tomball, and the surrounding welcome this new storefront specializing in Charcuterie Boards & Boxes. Owners Ellie and Manuel Zaragoza opened this location at 23227 Gosling in June of 2023, and are excited about providing customers with the highest quality ingredients. The Gosling location is the latest Graze Craze opened in the area, with another store already operating on Research Forest on the north side of The Woodlands.
Ellie is a delightful lady. A registered Nurse, Ellie has worked in the medical and accounting fields before opening Graze Craze. She and her husband, Manuel, are thrilled about offering healthy alternatives for those looking for convenient meals and snacks to help celebrate life.

Graze Craze is the innovator in an attractive food trend sweeping the nation known as “Grazing”. Grazing allows people the flexibility to eat an entire meal or small portions of food during the course of the day. The grazing style of eating provides you and your guests with a diverse meal plan in the form of a charcuterie style grazing box, platter or table that meets the individual needs and wants of everyone’s personal palate and diet, in relation to those who may have special health or medical eating requirements.
Convenient Location on Gosling Near Grand Parkway 99
I visited on a Monday afternoon to talk to Ellie and to pick up a board for an evening dinner for four. It was conveniently located just four miles from my home in The Woodlands. In fact, for those living or working in the southern part of The Woodlands, Auburn Lakes, Klein, and Spring area, the store is just minutes away. Graze Craze is also conveniently located on Gosling near the Grand Parkway 99.
One look at the board and we were already salivating in anticipation. Meats, cheeses, fruits, breads, crackers, nuts, chocolate and more filled the platter with goodness. My family loved the variety of tasty choices. Favorites included the fennel spiced ham, goat cheese, smoked gouda, dessert bread, and assorted nuts. Fruits were also quickly devoured, and included fresh strawberries, grapes, raspberries, and blueberries as well as dried cranberries. We also loved the variety of sauces and condiments.

Graze Craze has several boards to choose from. Boards come in Small (6 people), Medium (8 people), and Large (10 people). Some popular boards include the signature Gone Grazey, the Springtime Spread, The Graze for Keto, The Vegegrazian, and The Sweet and Grazey. The ingredients for the Gone Grazey, their signature board, are shown to the right.
If you’re in a hurry and don’t want an entire board, Graze Craze offers a Grab And Graze or Char-Cutie-Cup. Or try the Grazing Box for one to four people. No matter how you order, you are assured of a fresh selection of meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, and more. Easily order online and your choice will be ready for pickup.
